Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Cucumber
    Peel and grate the cucumber. Squeeze it in a clean towel to remove excess moisture. This prevents the sauce from getting watery.
  • Mix the Base
    Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Add Cucumber and Herbs
    Fold in the drained cucumber and fresh dill. Mix gently to blend all flavours
  • Season and Chill
    Add salt to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour. This helps the flavors meld perfectly.
