Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped cabbage
  • 250g ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large pan. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  • Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
  • Stir in cooked rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
