- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Cheese Mixture
- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the jumbo shells until just al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
