- 1 ½ lbs ground beef, turkey, or chicken
- 1 cup finely grated zucchini
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- ½ cup finely chopped spinach or bell peppers
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or oats
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup (plus extra for glaze)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
