Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and crushed red pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired thickness.
  • Transfer dough to a baking tray or pizza stone.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese.
  • Arrange all the chopped vegetables evenly on top.
  • Add the remaining cheese, oregano, and drizzle olive oil.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese melts.
  • Slice and serve hot with chili flakes or garlic dip.

  • Use whole-wheat dough for a healthier version.
  • Avoid overloading toppings to keep the crust crisp.
  • Add pesto sauce instead of tomato for variety.
