Ingredients
  

  • 300 g ground pork
  • 1 pack dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth or light stock

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix ground pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and green onions.
  • Spread a thin layer of chicken broth at the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Place a layer of dumpling wrappers evenly over the base.
  • Add a layer of seasoned pork, then small dollops of ricotta and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  • Repeat the layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  • Drizzle chili oil on top if using.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Dumpling wrappers soften beautifully and mimic pasta layers.
  • Avoid overfilling with pork to ensure even cooking.
  • Chicken or shrimp can replace pork if desired.
