- 1 small onion, finely chopped

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Add the ground Wagyu beef to the skillet. Break it apart gently with a wooden spoon.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
