Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground Wagyu beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or thyme
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for added flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the ground Wagyu beef to the skillet. Break it apart gently with a wooden spoon.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • If using, mix in fresh herbs before removing the skillet from heat.
  • Serve immediately in burgers, tacos, or over rice.

  • Avoid overcooking Wagyu beef to maintain its tender and juicy texture.
  • Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking and ensure even browning
