- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
