Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter. Stir well.
  • Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
  • Drizzle over steaks, roasted vegetables, or use as a dip.

Notes

  • For a creamier version, stir in a tablespoon of heavy cream.
  • Adjust the seasonings to suit your taste preferences.
