- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter. Stir well.
Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
Drizzle over steaks, roasted vegetables, or use as a dip.
