  • 500 gram boneless chicken (cubed)
  • 200 gram smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 200 gram shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions
