Ingredients
  

  • 4 thin slices of beef (top round or flank steak)
  • 4 tsp mustard (Dijon or German-style)
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 small pickles, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions
