  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrot
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum
  • Oil for Deep Fry
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 Chopped Garlic


  • In a Mixing Bowl, combine the chopped Cabbage, Carrot all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt and black pepper powder, red chilli powder, mix well.
    Mix well and add water as needed to make a dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil and keep aside.
  • In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a few seconds and add chopped onions and capsicum. Cook until the onions become translucent.
  • Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well and add water. Cook until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Mix corn flour and water together to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the gravy and stir well to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens.
  • Add the fried Manchurian balls to the gravy and mix well until fully coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat until the balls are fully soaked in the gravy
