Ingredients
  

  • 500 Gms of Paneer
  • 400 gms of Basmathi Rice
  • 1 Cup of Fried Onions
  • 3Tbsp of Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt as Per Taste
  • 1 Tbsp of Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tbsp of Garam Masala
  • 2 Tbsp of Shahi Masala
  • 1 Cup of Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup of Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup of Curd
  • some spices like Shahi jeera, Cinnamon, Cardamom, pepper, Bay Leaves
  • 1 Cup of Greens Beans
  • 2 Tomatos large Sliced
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Fried Onions
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • At First take a pan add 2 Tbsp of Ghee to this add Paneer Pieces and roast them.
  • In another pan add fried onions then add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fried onions, green chilli slices, green beans, garam masala, shahi masala, green beans, mint leaves, coriander leaves, slate for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 1 cup of Curd and Mix well Together.
  • Now add Roasted paneer pieces and mix well
  • keep it a side.
  • In another Pan add 1 liter of water to this add some spices, bay leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, oil and crystal salt.
  • Boil them for 5 minutes. then add soaked basmati rice and cook until 70%.
  • after cooking for 70% take of rice from water and add to marinated panner mix.
  • Add total rice and at the top sprinkle some mint leaves, coriander leaves, 2Tbsp Ghee, and saffron water or yellow food color.
  • cook in dum for medium to high flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • placing on tawa cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
  • Then Our delicious Paneer Dum Biryani is ready for Serve.
