  • 2 Cups Phool Makhana
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Cup Chopped Oninos
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • Whole Spices(cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder and Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and chopped onions and sauté them, add 2 bay leaves fry onions until they turn golden brown. This will take around 5 minutes.
  • Now, it's time to add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it for a minute until the raw aroma disappears. This will infuse the curry with a delightful taste and fragrance.
  • Once the ginger-garlic paste is cooked, it's time to add the pureed tomatoes along with cashew nuts, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and 1 Tbsp cumin seeds make a fine paste. add to onions and Stir well and let them cook for a few minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
  • Now it's time to add the spices. Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix everything together, ensuring that the spices coat the onion-tomato mixture evenly.
  • Now, we'll add the star ingredient: the Phool Makhana. Gently toss them in the masala mixture, making sure they're well-coated.
