  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cups water
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
