Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cups sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of sriracha.
