Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 225 Grms Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 Cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped green onions (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture. If desired, crumble blue cheese on top as well.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
  • Serve the Buffalo Chicken Dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
