- 2 packages (8.5 oz each) cornbread mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 8 hot dogs, sliced into pieces
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) creamed corn
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: ketchup or mustard for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine cornbread mix, milk, eggs, creamed corn, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir in diced onion, hot dog slices, and half the cheese.
Pour mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with ketchup or mustard.
