Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Noodles
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Shezwan chutney
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Red capsicum, Green capsicum, Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage

Instructions
 

  • At first Boil some required amount of noodles. cook in hot water for 10 minutes and then remove noodles from hot water and drain them. then add some oil and mix them.
  • Now take a bowl and add 1Tbsp of Schezwan sauce, 1 teaspoon of Soya Sauce,1 Tbsp of Oil and mix to the boiled noodles
  • Then take another pan and add 2 tables of oil. Then add 3 eggs and mix them. then add some salt as per taste.
  • Now add carrot slices, capsicum slices, cabbage slices.
  • Now add some red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder and mix them together.
  • After a slite mix add noodles to it and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • after 10 minutes add some coriander leaves and spring onions at the end.
  • Serve hot with Tomato Sauce and Enjoy with your Family and Friends.

Notes

Chinese egg noodles Indian style can be enjoyed as a standalone dish or paired with your favorite Indian curries or stir-fries.
