Basic Fruit Popsicle Base
- 3 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi)
- ½ cup fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, or coconut water)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (enhances flavor)

Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into small pieces.
Add half of the fruit to a blender along with juice, honey, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky depending on preference.
Mix in the remaining chopped fruit for texture.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
To remove, run warm water over the outside of molds for a few seconds.
