Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders

Savoury meatballs stuffed into garlic-buttered rolls with marinara sauce and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection.

- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 12 cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Slice rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely.
Place bottom halves in the dish. Add one meatball per roll.
Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Place the top half of rolls back on.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
