Meatball-Stuffed Garlic Bread Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 12 cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Slice rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely.
  • Place bottom halves in the dish. Add one meatball per roll.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Place the top half of rolls back on.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use store-bought meatballs for convenience.
  • Fresh mozzarella gives a creamier melt.
  • Brioche rolls add extra softness.
  • Leftovers reheat well in the oven.
  • Serve with extra marinara on the side.
