  • 3 green onions
  • 1–2 pieces Persian flatbread or lavash

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fresh herbs thoroughly and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Trim any thick stems and arrange the herbs neatly on a large serving platter.
  • Slice the radishes and place them alongside the herbs for extra crunch and color.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes or slices and add them to the platter.
  • Scatter walnuts around the herbs and cheese.
  • Serve the platter with warm Persian flatbread or lavash.
  • To enjoy, place herbs, cheese, and walnuts inside bread and roll into small wraps.
