This Philly Cheese Steak Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and savory appetizer packed with tender beef, peppers, and gooey cheese. A perfect dip for game days and parties!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • Toasted bread, chips, or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  • Stir in cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheeses.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with toasted bread, chips, or crackers.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add an additional ¼ cup of sour cream.
  • Use ribeye for the most authentic flavor, but ground beef can be substituted for convenience.
  • Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
