- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Toasted bread, chips, or crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
Stir in cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheeses.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with toasted bread, chips, or crackers.

For extra creaminess, add an additional ¼ cup of sour cream.

Use ribeye for the most authentic flavor, but ground beef can be substituted for convenience.
