Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Phool Makhana
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Cup Chopped Oninos
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts
  • Whole Spices(cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder and Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and chopped onions and sauté them, add 2 bay leaves fry onions until they turn golden brown. This will take around 5 minutes.
  • Now, it's time to add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it for a minute until the raw aroma disappears. This will infuse the curry with a delightful taste and fragrance.
  • Once the ginger-garlic paste is cooked, it's time to add the pureed tomatoes along with cashew nuts, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and 1 Tbsp cumin seeds make a fine paste. add to onions and Stir well and let them cook for a few minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
  • Now it's time to add the spices. Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix everything together, ensuring that the spices coat the onion-tomato mixture evenly.
  • Now, we'll add the star ingredient: the Phool Makhana. Gently toss them in the masala mixture, making sure they're well-coated.
  • Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let the curry simmer for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the Phool Makhana to absorb all the flavors and become tender.
  • After simmering, remove the lid and check the consistency of the curry. If it's too thick, you can add some water to adjust it according to your preference. Season with salt to taste and give it a final stir.
