Ingredients
  

For the Breadsticks

  • 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Optional Toppings

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

For Serving

  • Marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 10 x 12 inches.
  • Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush generously over the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella if desired.
  • Using a pizza cutter, lightly score the dough into breadstick-sized strips without cutting completely through.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cut along the scored lines and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
