Santa Hat Jell-O Shots
Santa Hat Jell-O Shots are the perfect holiday party treat! Made with red strawberry gelatin, vodka, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, these fun and festive shots look just like Santa’s iconic hat. Perfect for Christmas parties and celebrations!
Ingredients
For the Jell-O Shots:
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup vodka (or white rum for a sweeter flavor)
- ½ cup cold water
For Decoration:
- 12 fresh strawberries (hulled)
- Whipped cream
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Jell-O Shots
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add ½ cup vodka and ½ cup cold water, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture evenly into shot glasses or small plastic cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set
Step 2: Decorate with Santa Hats
- Once the Jell-O shots are firm, place a fresh strawberry upside down on top of each shot.
- Add a small dollop of whipped cream on the tip of the strawberry to create the white pom-pom of Santa’s hat.
- Pipe a ring of whipped cream around the base of the strawberry to complete the look.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
