Take 1 cup of All Purpose Flour. Add some salt as per taste.Half tea spoon of Cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of oil, mix them well.
Now add some water slowly and make a dough. The Should be soft and smooth. so rest it for half and hour.
Now prepare the stuffing. To this, take one medium sized potato, boil until it is 60% cooked.
To this, add some salt as per taste,1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, some turmeric powder, half spoon of cumin powder, half teaspoon of coriander powder. Now mix them together.
Now take a chapati sized dough and make chapati.Now take small bowl and place in the middle. Take the potatoes, stuffing and spread on the chapathi evenly.
Now remove the bowl, cut them evenly.Roll the corner with the filling tightly and then continue rolling until you reach the end of the wrapper.
Seal the end with a little water. repeat the process with the rest of filling.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add the samosa rolls and fry until they are golden brown and crispy. Fry them in medium to low flame.
Now, the samosa rolls are golden brown colour. Now our tasty Samosa Rolls are ready. serve it hot with ketchup or green chutney.
