Smashed Potato Stuffed Rolls

Rohini Deekonda
Potato Samosa Rolls are a delicious snack or appetizer made with a crispy outlet layer and a filling of spiced mashed potatoes. The filling is typically flavoured with aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala. The potato mixture is then wrapped in a thin layer of pastry dough and fried until golden and crispy. These rolls are commonly served with a tangy tamarind or mint chutney and are a popular street food in many parts of the world, particularly in South Asia.
