Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

S’more Topping

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
  • 2 graham crackers, broken into pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Press mixture firmly into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.Bake for 8 minutes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.Add eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.Mix until smooth.
  • Pour brownie batter over the crust.Spread evenly.Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  • Remove brownies from the oven.Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chunks evenly over the top.
  • Add broken graham cracker pieces.Return to the oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
  • Allow brownies to cool for 20 minutes.Slice into squares and serve.
