- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
Add mixed vegetables and stir well.
Mix soup, milk, seasoning, and half the cheese into the beef mixture.
Spread mixture into a baking dish.
Arrange tater tots evenly on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until tots are crisp and golden.
