Tutti Fruity Recipe

Tutti Fruity was traditionally made using a mix of various dried and candied fruits.Over time, the recipe evolved, and tutti fruity became synonymous with the small, brightly colored candied fruits we know today. It gained popularity globally and became a staple ingredient in many international cuisines.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Raw Papaya
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • water
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Food Color

Instructions
 

  • At first take a raw papaya and peel the skin.
  • Then Remove the Seeds from it.
  • Then cut them into small pieces of required size.
  • Take a pan boil some water and add papaya slices and cook them for 70%.
  • Drain the excess water.
  • Take another pan and add sugar to it and add 2 cups of water.
  • Then add boiled papaya pieces and cook until the sugar syrup is sticky.
  • Then divide them to small bowls of required no of colors.
  • add 1/2 tea spoon of food colour to it and mix well together.
  • rest it for over night, next day in another bowl add tissue paper and transfer the tutti fruity to is and rest over night to observe the excess sugar syrup.
  • place them in a air tight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes and then enjoy the delightful tutti fruity.
