- 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli sauce
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum
- Oil for Deep Fry
- 1 Cup Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Chopped Garlic
Instructions
- In a Mixing Bowl, combine the chopped Cabbage, Carrot all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt and black pepper powder, red chilli powder, mix well.Mix well and add water as needed to make a dough.

- Divide the dough into small balls and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil and keep aside.

- In a separate pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a few seconds and add chopped onions and capsicum. Cook until the onions become translucent.

- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well and add water. Cook until the mixture comes to a boil.

- Mix corn flour and water together to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the gravy and stir well to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens.

- Add the fried Manchurian balls to the gravy and mix well until fully coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat until the balls are fully soaked in the gravy

- Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice or noodles as a main course.
