  • 1/2 lb (225g) pork (shoulder, loin, or ground)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for depth)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • tsp white pepper or black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (or chopped fresh vegetables)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
