- 1 Cup of Sugar
- water
- Vanilla Essence
- Food Color
Instructions
- At first take a raw papaya and peel the skin.
- Then Remove the Seeds from it.
- Then cut them into small pieces of required size.
- Take a pan boil some water and add papaya slices and cook them for 70%.
- Drain the excess water.
- Take another pan and add sugar to it and add 2 cups of water.
- Then add boiled papaya pieces and cook until the sugar syrup is sticky.
- Then divide them to small bowls of required no of colors.
- add 1/2 tea spoon of food colour to it and mix well together.
- rest it for over night, next day in another bowl add tissue paper and transfer the tutti fruity to is and rest over night to observe the excess sugar syrup.
- place them in a air tight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes and then enjoy the delightful tutti fruity.
